Do tábora je přivezen zraněný severokorejský chirurg dr. Syn Paik, který má být po vyléčení odvezen do zajateckého tábora. Ale Hawkeye s B.J. zařídí, že dostane americké papíry a může nastoupit v 4077 jako chirurg. Margaret a Frank zjistí, že něco není v pořádku, tvrdí plukovníkovi, že je to špion a nakonec je dr. Paika nucen tábor opustit.(TV Nova)

Po útoku Číňanů je prolomena fronta a tábor se musí přestěhovat dál od místa bojů. V táboře je ale jeden pacient, který není schopen převozu, a tak s ním Hawkeye, Margaret a Radar zůstanou na místě. Nakonec jsou Číňané zahnáni zpět a MASH se vrací na staré místo.(TV Nova)
