Nakon što Dan pogine penjući se na Rocky Mountains, njegova djevojka Becky i njezina prijateljica Hunter odluče se popeti na golemi komunikacijski toranj, visok preko 600 metara, s kojeg žele baciti Danov pepeo. Na znatnoj udaljenosti od tla, kada dio istrošene konstrukcije tornja otpadne, njihov se uspon nepovratno zakomplicira. Ne mogu sići, ni tražiti pomoć putem mobitela, jer su totalno odsječene od civilizacije i mobilnog signala. Neće imati drugog izbora nego boriti se za preživljavanje.
