V závodě napříč Londýnem srovnaly síly auto, MHD a kolo. Protože auto dopadlo úplně nejhůře, chtějí moderátoři závod zopakovat, tentokrát ale v Petrohradu. James pojede s miniaturním dvoumístným elektromobilem Renault Twizy, Richard na silničním kole z karbonu a Jeremy obojživelnou lodí, tedy vznášedlem, připomínající dodávku. Stig se pokusí na 29kilometrové trati vyhrát s využitím MHD. Ve studiu pak Richard předvede nejprodávanější Lamborghini Gallardo. To má předčít novinka Hurakán, kterou otestuje na rovince a okruhu Top Gearu. Následuje host pořadu, zpěvák Ed Sheeran. Jeremy se ho ptá na život před tím, než se stal slávným, baví se o současném životě, koncertu ve Wembley, které vyprodal, a pochopitelně řízení auta. Ed totiž neumí řídit, ale auta kupuje – svým zaměstnancům, tedy ve zvláštních případech. Na okruhu si zažije své... Po odchodu hosta se vrátíme do Petrohradu, kde se rozhodne o vítězi závodu...
