Delilah Fieldingová se po vyléčení zranění vrací opět do práce a náhodou narazí na jeden kontroverzní případ. Agent CIA byl před několika měsíci zabit při akci v Maďarsku. Delilah na tom něco nesedí a proto se s tím svěří své nadřízené Fisherové. Ta ji však přikáže, aby dala od tohoto případu ruce pryč a všechny soubory týkající se smrti agenta v jejím počítači vymaže. Delilah proto přichází za Gibbsem a žádá jej i jeho tým o pomoc.
