Do budovy NCIS príde starý muž, veterán z druhej svetovej vojny a nositeľ najvyššieho vyznamenania za chrabrosť. Muž žiada Gibbsa, aby ho zatkli za to, že zabil svojho priateľa. Údajne ho mal zmlátiť svojou pištoľou. Gibbsovi sa celé priznanie nezdá a považuje ho za výplod starej mysle. Nanešťastie sa o celej situácii dozvie vyšetrovateľka z JAGu a trvá a na prešetrení udalosti.(TV Markíza)
