V lese je nalezeno tělo mrtvého mariňáka Johna Wallise. V ruce svírá fotku mladé dívky a na prstu má prsten s mottem "Pravda. Odvaha. Povinnost" Je to motto školy, kam Tony v sedmnácti letech jako problémový mladík chodil. Gibbs vysílá Tonyho a Bishopovou do školy, kde se Tony setkává se svým mentorem a současným děkanem Gerardem Tannerem. Ten jim řekne, že dívka z fotky před 10 dny spáchala sebevraždu. Vzápětí Tonymu zavolá jeho bývalý spolužák Travis. Ten mu řekne, že na škole vládne skupina šikanérů, kteří si říkají Oddíl cti. Je přesvědčený, že právě oni dohnali dívku k sebevraždě. Otázka je, jestli stojí i za Wallisovou vraždou.(TV Nova)
