S01E13 - Sanctuary
Rodney, Ford a Zelenka s týmem kontrolují Atlantidu po bouři. Když kontrolují, jestli jsou všichni, Zelenka zjistí, že Wagner a Johnsonová chybí. Rodney je kontaktuje vysílačkou a Wagner prosí o pomoc, že po nich něco jde. Wagnera najdou mrtvého, ale Johnsonová sedí na zemi, a když se jí Rodney zeptá, co se stalo, řekne, že Wagnera ty věci napadly. Sama potom ze strachu z těch "věcí" zemře. Rodney zjistí, že se ten virus šíří vzduchem, a proto Elizabeth vydá rozkaz, aby nikdo nevycházel se svého pokoje. Po několika hodinách se zjistí, že virus má v sobě i Rodney. Teyla a Sheppard nehodlají čekat a vydají se hledat ty, kteří s virem v sobě zmateně bloudí po Atlantidě. Když se dostanou do jídelny, jedna z nakažených žen protrhne Teyle rukáv. Sheppard je teď jediný, kdo to celé může zastavit.(Varan)

Sheppard a Ronon se probudili zavaleni troskami. Ronon se z trosek dostal, ale Sheppard má zavalenou nohu. McKay se snaží spojit s Atlantidou, ale vůbec nic nepomáhá. Michael následně zjistí, že tým z Atlantidy odhalil past, a proto se vydává pochytat ty, kteří sesypání trosek přežili. Následně jeden z vojáku stihne projít branou a informovat Carterovou o sesypání základny na planetě. Kanaan pomůže Teyle z pout a společně chtějí utéct. Carterová, Kellerová a záchranný tým z Atlantidy přiletí na planetu, kde vybouchla základna, a najdou Rodneyho s Lornem. Na pomoc je přivolán Daidalos, který je poněkud zdržen útokem Michaelovy lodě. Podaří se zachránit Shepparda, Ronona i Teylu?(Varan)
