Alex a Cassie ošetrujú mladú pacientku Georgiu, ktorá do nemocnice prišla so svojím manželom Jasonom po údajnom páde. Obe však čoskoro začnú mať podozrenie, že ide o domáce násilie. Za Maggie príde Jackson, ktorý počas sexu zažil šialenú bolesť hlavy. Bojí sa, že ide o aneuryzmu a žiada Maggie, aby diskrétne zistila, čo mu je.
