Do nemocnice je prijatý muž, ktorý je zodpovedný za to, že sa z Alexinho brata stal narkoman. Alex sa musí rozhodnúť, či je dosť silná na to, aby ho liečila, alebo či prípad prenechá niekomu inému. Na pohotovosť je privezená pacientka, ktorej jeden z jej klientov oblial tvár kyselinou. Je okamžite prevezená na sálu a ako ducha sa jej ujíma Charlie. Zach a Shahir sa starajú o pacientku, ktorá začína postupne ochrnovať, ale ukáže sa, že je to celé iba v jej hlave. (TV Markíza)
