23. februára 2019 piloti nákladného letu 3591 spoločnosti Atlas Air zúfalo bojujú o záchranu svojho lietadla, ktoré sa zrúti do močaristých vôd Trinity Bay neďaleko Houstonu v Texase. Pri priblížení k medzinárodnému letisku v Houstone sa nákladné lietadlo spoločnosti Amazon zrúti do močarísk spočiatku nevysvetliteľným spôsobom. Zábery z bezpečnostných kamier a trosky lietadla potvrdzujú náraz vo vysokej rýchlosti. Napriek dôkladnému vyšetrovaniu však vyšetrovatelia nedokážu nájsť žiadne dôkazy o mechanickom probléme. Namiesto toho sa čoraz viac objavuje možnosť ľudskej chyby. V životopise pilota sú totiž dobre zdokumentované náznaky, že už predtým bol označený za nekvalifikovaného.
