AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 ISLANDS - WHERE NATURE IS SACRED (GAMBIA)
The smallest country in Africa, The Gambia, rises from and follows the river of the same name, but most of all it is a country surrounded by Senegal. A country inhabited by a joyful people that we visit starting from the capital city Banjul, built on a small island, positioned between the sea and the river Gambia. With our cameras, we continue to explore traditional places: the miraculous waters of Kachikally park, crocodiles and cotton trees, the blooming Makasutu forest, between baboons and palm wine, and, last but not least, the colored fishing village of Tanje, with their dehydrated fish and magical views of the Atlantic Ocean.
