Love It or List It UK Kirstie and Phil are back with another brilliant series of Love It or List It. Our homes are the most important investment we’ll ever make but no one can predict what the future holds. As priorities change and our wallets show the strain, more of us are thinking differently about how and where we live, but that doesn’t always mean we feel the same as our partners. So, to settle the squabbles of warring couples across the UK, Phil and Kirstie are hitting the road to help them decide once and for all whether to renovate or relocate. After finding out why each couple’s home no longer works, Kirstie will help them upgrade it to show them that loving it is the best way to go. Meanwhile Phil will try to lure them over to team list it by wowing them with three new houses that answer their issues elsewhere. Kirstie’s come out on top in all seven series so far, but Phil won’t let that stop him giving it his all this time round. Will Phil’s incredible homes be enough to tempt them over to team list it or will Kirstie’s grand renovation convince them to love the home they’re in?

Kirstie a Phil se vracejí v nové poutavé sérii pořadu „Jít, nebo zůstat?“. Domov je nejdůležitější investicí našeho života, ale nikdo nemůže dopředu vědět, co přinese budoucnost. Mění se priority, což je nebezpečné pro naši peněženku, stále přibývá lidí, kteří na otázku „jak a kde chtějí bydlet“ mají dnes jinou odpověď než dříve, a to ještě pořád neznamená, že na věc pohlížíme stejně jako náš životní partner. Právě z tohoto důvodu, aby vyřešili spory uvnitř dvojic sdílejících společný domov, se Phil a Kirstie vydávají na cestu po Spojeném království. Pomáhají jim jednou provždy rozhodnout, zda je lepší renovovat stávající byt a zůstat, nebo se přestěhovat jinam. Kirstie nejprve zjistí, proč přestal domov dané dvojice fungovat, a radami na jeho vylepšení jim napoví, že ideálním řešením je zůstat v místě, které si mohou znovu zamilovat. Phil je mezitím zkouší přetáhnout do tábora těch, kteří starý byt prodají. Nabídne jim totiž na výběr tři úžasné domy, které by anulovaly jejich nynější problémy. V dosavadních sedmi řadách seriálu pokaždé zvítězila Kirstie, to však Phila neodradilo, takže i tentokrát se vynasnaží na maximum. Uvidíme, zda Philova nabídka neuvěřitelných nových domovů přiměje páry k prodeji, nebo je přesvědčí Kirstie návrhem velkorysé rekonstrukce, aby si znovu oblíbili domov, ve kterém žijí. Nynějším cílem Kirstie a Phila je Caterham v Surrey, kde na ně čekají Ruth a Ken, s nimiž budou řešit spor týkající se jejich třípatrového domu. Dvojice se do něho nastěhovala před 13 lety s velkou smíšenou rodinou, ale děti od té doby vyletěly z hnízda a ohledně domu pořád není rozhodnuto. Ruth by ho okamžitě prodala, zatímco Ken by se s ním nerad loučil, protože do obnovy domova vložil už mnoho sil a práce. Doufá, že i Ruth se dá přesvědčit, aby zůstali, kde jsou.
