The Global Barber visits Gille’s 3rd Generation Barbershop to spend time with Chris “The Barber” Bourgon.” The boys, take turns cutting hair in Chris’s one-chair shop, which was originally his grandfather’s barbershop. Chris and Cedric also visit the Glengarry, Nor'Westers & Loyalist Museum to learn about the local history, before heading for an amazing, East-Coast meal at Sheep’s Head Bistro.
