Naproti komiksákově obchodu je otevřen nový obchom s komiksy Coolsville. Všechny děti si okamžitě oblíbí nejen tento obchod ale i jeho majitele Mila, což se samozřejmě komiksákovi nelíbí. Marge je nespokojená se svojí postavou a jelikož jediné fitnesscentrum ve Springfieldu L.A. Body Works jí nevyhovuje, rozhodne se otevřít vlastní, a to výhradně pro ženy. To má obrovský úspěch a Marge se stává slavnou osobou. Homer se ale začne obávat, aby ho Marge nevyměnila za mladšího a úspěšnějšího muže. Rozhodne se tedy podstoupit řadu drastických plastických operací, aby své ženě připadal atraktivnější.(Česká televize)
